So for the majority of Uber drivers I'm trying to figure out why keep driving now? You will be encapsulated in a 5 foot by 5 foot box with coronavirus positive people and you won't even know it. While you do that Uber management will be working from home watching Netflix.
Thats why THEY GET 65% OF EVERY RIDE !

UBER CARES !

And while you're in line at Walmart, Target, Costco or another store, you'll be surrounded by tons of people who also can be infected but they don't know it yet.
You're comparing being at a warehouse like Costco v/s being in your car? Yeah okay, I'll take those odds. Take someone in your car somewhere for 30 minutes with Coronavirus and how often will they be in your personal breathing space? 100% of the time. not to mention they just shedded their germs all over your car.

I'm not saying anyone should be scared they should just find something else to do for a few months. I'm sure there are going to be a lot of people ordering pizzas. You can deliver those in the comfort of your car and not have potentially sick people inside with you. Very brief interactions with your customers at their door. It seems a lot safer to me.

I would say this is specially holds true if you're over 60 or have a chronic medical condition. Or, if you're in close contact with any of your family that meets this definition think of them too.

I've had no sick pax in my car recently. The rides I did yesterday were shorter than the time I spent in line at Walmart yesterday and other stores.

And delivering pizza doesn't just entail delivering if you work for s pizza place. You have to work by coworkers helping to make the pizza or do other duties.
