My account was temp suspended due to a new car inspection needed. When I got reinstated the guarantee hours were gone from the dashboard. Basically the part that said "last week, this week, next week"is gone completely. It used to say Not Eligible if I wasn't eligible but now the weeks section is gone. I contacted Lyft. They said the not everyone is eligible all the time bs and to reinstall the app. Tried that. Still doesn't show up.

You guys still see the weeks sections and are you getting guarantee hours???

Seems like a glitch in my end

Only hours I drive sometimes they even pay me for them. Usually they claim I was not logged in or that a ride was outside the GTd area. Even screenshot showing logged in at 54 on the hour when they say I am logged out do not work.

How does one "get" these guarantee hours in the first place?
Lyft sends you an email you go online and view the offer decide if you want to opt in or not typically it'd Friday 10 to 12 PM and 1 to 3 am and same Saturday.

Thank you. Don't usually drive then anyway, but I'll be on the lookout for an email. Fairly new to Lyft presently.
