Something you wrote back in November below.. seems familiar aka ALL FARES… and scrolling through your posts, you are quite the aggressor and know it all 😅


Uber have increased Booking Fee to 85c in Qld and
NSW. i am presuming every where. Did you know they have taken this increase out of the fare amount, prior to commission, meaning all fares will be paid less, particulary minimum fares, In other words they have reduced the pay of evry driver in Australia without telling us.

I have also contacted Uber and was told that it was a glitch and that we would be refunded. On 2 occasions… and I know other drivers that were told the same thing.

Honestly just join the group. Have a look and then leave. I’ll send you the link. It will show the submission to ACCC

Don’t waste your time with ignorant people, if anyone is disputing this under payment, they are either dumb, can’t do maths or splend drivers 😂

the facts are uber increased the rider booking fee from $0.55 to $0.85, a $0.30 increase.
the glitch is the increase came out as a driver earnings, so EVERY trip has been short $0.30 for the 2 week period in November.

I escalated this issue to uber & they acknowledged there was a system glitch.
Uber has fixed it, but they have NEVER communicated to drivers what was the problem, when it was fixed and how are they going to back pay us for the trips affected.
