Doesn't make any sense. Uber is bringing upfront pricing and taking half or more of pax fares and we get long distance pickup pings and far away rides for half what we used to make.

So who has power now? Uber just begged me to stay online and I showed I'm boss and I stayed offline and went home.

Ants here in Minneapolis have a lot of options and we don't depend on this gig for survival and rent money. There's lots of companies here to work for.

If it was to improve customer service ,just like waiting 7 minutes for the same cancel fee not happening my acceptance rate is 23 %.

These assholes at Uber HQ want a Utopia where every driver accepts every ping at expense and wear and tear of drivers. It's why they weren't able to roll out self deriving cars everywhere. Too much expenses for them to run fleet of self driving in every city. Even the $6+ boost they only give if you sign up for it and not default, they want clueless drivers not checking opportunities section and driving that window period without signing up for the Uber opportunity of $6+ extra per ride

I ignore any ping requiring me to drive far to get a person that ends up driving even farther to drop them off. Lately Uber is ferocious about pulling in revenue

I've been back for a while. I along with many other guys from my home country hurt Uber here in Minneapolis. A lot of us Malis often do Uber or UberEats and I have influence. I'm a popular guy in the community and have the attorney general as my buddy so I can influence things. Uber since brought in improvements when I got a lot of guys to go offline indefinitely and get other jobs like Amazon. In other words I can influence things. Plus I got other Mali politicians that easily can send a low key down low private message to others and it becomes a chain reaction. We're the biggest minority here in Minneapolis and were biggest in all of North America. This is like our headquarters of North America. And Washington DC is headquarters of all Ethiopians.

As soon as I got a lot of Mali drivers to quit Uber like I did, Uber now suddenly brings $6+ per ride zone in evenings and I noticed increased pay on all rides even farther away ones. I got off my professional IT job earlier and drove only 8 people in 2 hours ish and already hit $100. Very juicy. We control this turf lol. Ilhan Omar is here too.

One of the law makers is a Mali buddy of mine too. Uber must've of felt the chain reaction pain I caused lol 🤣. The Mali State lawmaker here in our state may have already told his other buddies and they told their other buddies of the upfront scam. Soon they may sue Uber and Lyft for toying with us and blind folding us and not giving us independent contractor rights just like how New Jersey did.

They can't just get away with exploiting minorities especially uneducated minorities.
