Wtf is going on this morning??,,

Was downtown on my way to day job. Got a ping by staples but could not accept. Timed out about 10 min later and DTLA went 1.5x in Plus. But, I was already in Montebello. ****.

Its the app...I constantly have to log on and off just to see the surge zone. The surge zone will disappears in a minute or so. I run the pax app to check if the surge has gone up, trying to time getting higher fares. I'm off today, but for a Tuesday surge was looking pretty good. Good luck out there guys

Guys. Use surge notifier. It is accurate, real time data.

same here, had to log out, log in for the past week since the entire app debockle.

It's amazing how ****ed the app is, it's like they hired a bunch of high school kids to make it.

Uber project

I had this happen to me about the same time as your original post. I was in Highland Park, and surge lasted a minute. Once it ended, I promptly logged out and monitored the rider app waiting for the next surge. Next surge hit, logged in quickly... boom, gone. Meh, went to Starbucks and no more surges...
