1st caused five wrecks at 8:00pm Monday suspect arrested

Over night at 2:45 am, suspect entered I-17 north bound at some point and crashed head on to a tanker truck from the 1-10 east bound (single lane bridge)

How to stay alive in Phx
After 8:00pm-6:00am stay away from Hov and fast lanes.
Generally 99% of these have happened between 10pm-6Am most between 2am-3am
Stay off Hov and single lane bridges like stack and mini stack.
Also on streets slow for intersections and look both ways!
Best to be safe than dead!
