WoW...!!!

driver for Uber since Sept 2014...

And I have NEVER seen it...

Reach this level of crappy support...8>(

There is a help number available...

Butt...don't waste your time calling it...

New car...new insurance...

Uploaded both at 6pm last night...

No result by 8pm so called support...

Nice lady said "no problem"...

Shouldn't take more than couple hours...

Called back at 11pm...

No problem I will create a ticket...should be soon...8>)

Midnight pending approval still...lost a night driving...

Today...still pending...called again...

Asked for supervisor...took 15 minutes...

Oh...she says...we don't create tickets...8>(

Asked for manager...30 min waiting...no manager...8>(

45 min later...manager says...

We have NO WAY to contact Uber...8>O

Wish I had recorded it...

It's not Rohit any more...8>0

Now it is Phillipines...OMG! ...

Don't waste your time calling support..8>(

I advised I was recording call...8>)

If only I had it would have gone viral...

For now...stand back...

The poo storm is about to get deep...8>)

Monkey rant over...for the moment.. 8>)

Don't look now...

The monkey is BACK!!!

When I contact Uber by messages with different questions and I always got same answer. They're robots. I asked them if they are human or robots. No answer.

I uploaded new car insurance documents a week ago Thursday, called everyday this week, Still cant go online to work yet. Been working driver for over 2 years. Asked the dude that answered if he could loan me some money since they are taking so long...lol.. lame company lately.
