No. The "estimated fare" is farce. It'll be closer to 20 or 25 for you.

Every time I go to schedule pick ups, i've never seen any rides available. I think mine is broken

No, they are gone within 10 seconds. You just need to be lucky to find one and add it to your pickups quickly

I'd take it if it is convenient for me to get there within ten minutes or so and it wasn't focusing on Boston that day. Shouldn't be much traffic on the way back.

Drop off is NE RI, not CT

Normaly it show up when you are offline, but online you can see by going to the scheduled pickup, im always checking sometimes i get some but 90% of the time i remove
Some ppl schedule 5 dollar trip at 4am, to make sure they get their lazy ass 3 blocks away that early whitout waiting for a driver

I just need be sure when MA start on my way back so i dont get another cheap ride with very low fare from RI...
