You requested a female driver. You got one.
He's saying cancel if they don't "get in and refuse to get out". That confused me at first too."annoying to you? Shyt is confusing to me as you say they don't hop in, I would figure that they still out,
so how are they refusing to get out ?
Me too! I’m black and I don’t want anyone except a white driver 🤣🤣I would like to have only white drivers
barrandrayI have many women riders asking if I could be their driver off of the Uber app because they do not like riding with the men. They complain it is not an option. Different reasons uncomfortable, young women, alone females. Male driver's cars are very dirty they smoke they are scary some do not speak English.
Thankfully, the US criminal justice system doesn't require defendants to prove their innocence. The burden of proof lies with the plaintiff.Don’t get me wrong, I use a dashcam full time. It is even recording while I am in the gas station pooping or the car is parked in the garage (with a battery maintainer).
The catch to using dashcam video for legal protection is that you better have a whole chitload of labeled and indexed SD cards because you likely won’t even know you need the video for weeks or months after you record it. Bringing the SD card in every night and archiving to hard drive would be a pita adding a half hour or more to your workday.
If you needed to today could you easily produce video recorded at 11:27 on the 2nd of last month complete with geotag? Or two months ago? How about a year ago? If someone sics a lawyer or a cop on you they are exceedingly slow to get the courts moving.
They can delay up to 7 years and still come after you for a misdemeanor, longer for capital crimes. I don’t know anyone that archives 7 years worth of video.
On top of that is the issue for "chain of evidence". Video date/time/geotag is trivial to edit or spoof, which an attorney can easily use to make it inadmissible in court.
This is why I really want a dashcam that streams (ghosts the SD card) directly to an external worm drive (that cannot be edited) in near real time. BluRay disk (BD-R NOT E ) could work for that.
A write once 128gb SD card is about $300. That would hold about 16 hours of HD video for one camera lens, 8 hours for a dual cam. I can’t afford three of those every day.
Ask an attorney what could be admissible evidence for a rape or murder defense. As I have never even played an attorney on TV I can’t offer a real opinion.
And if he wasn't gay, then they wouldn't be attracted to him in any similar sense. Of course, they can't wrap their mind around that inconvenient fact.Everyone wants what they can't have. I often hear the girls in my car telling each other, "if only <name> wasn't gay!"
First of all, it's not about a male driver looking "scary." It's about the behavior of the driver after the ride starts. And as a female driver, I can say that out of the over 5000 trips I've completed, I've only picked up maybe a handful of men who looked kind of scary. I can also tell you that the guys who ended up being super creepy and inappropriate were NOT the "scary-looking" ones.My car is very clean, my native tongue is English and I do not smoke!
I have seen women drivers at the airport smoking and looking scarier than me.
I stopped at the color change.First of all, it's not about a male driver looking "scary." It's about the behavior of the driver after the ride starts. Another thing, being men, you all know how testosterone works. Men hit on women WAY more than women hit on men. And men can get creepy and aggressive with it. Also, some of these men can't find a woman of their own to save their souls, so their last resort is to meet females while driving Uber and Lyft. It's probably as close as some of them will ever get to talking to a girl in their personal spaces.
That being said, 1) You should not take it personal if that doesn't describe you, and 2) You should understand that just because it's not you, it doesn't mean that other male drivers aren't guilty. And as a female driver, I have various stories as well about creepy or inappropriate male riders hitting on me during rides.
Lastly, the majority of Uber and Lyft drivers are males. So, it comes as no surprise that the survey/vote taken above is more than 65% NO to this question.
However, there's a new rideshare app coming (HERide), just for women riders who only want women drivers. And the only way men will be able to get in on that one is if y'all become transgender women. And you'll probably have to present proof of your transitioning.![]()
I don't always quote myself, but when I do, it's like this:They dress to elicit attention. That means attention from poor and/or slobby dudes and rich and/or slick dudes. They can't get one without the other. Never. Gonna. Happen.
It's not about the bullshit line of "comfort". If it were, they'd never wear the mini dress or leggings again after being made "uncomfortable" by one who they decided that they didn't want looking.
That will be shut down as discriminatory in short order. Or at least it should be.However, there's a new rideshare app coming (HERide), just for women riders who only want women drivers. Shut up and put on your helmet, you pu$$yThe only way you can tell you're not dealing with a real woman, is that the driver actually drives good.
Do they tip better? Or is just that white is your favorite color?I would like to have only white drivers
How were they even able to get approved for a license? How is that any different than a white only, black only, or legal U.S. citizens only business? You are being restricted from access based on gender which should be illegal? But what do I know. I got my law degree from watching the news on television.I read about a female only rideshare app for the ATL market. Wonder how that's doing or if it crashed before it began like Tryp.
Just pointing out: Where do you draw the lineDo they tip better? Or is just that white is your favorite color?
They probably used the word “equity”. It’s a license to legally discriminate. How were they even able to get approved for a license? Foolish me. I let your sarcasm slip right by me on that one. I was honestly hoping you were going to educate me on the potential benefits. I am officially no longer the sharpest knife in the drawer. 😩Just pointing out: Where do you draw the line
