I don't know what you mean but as long as you are in the picture clearly then it is going to be near impossible to convict you of sexual misconduct unless you actually did it.
Without the video your odds suck.

I don't think the injustice system is that bad.
Video gets you off the hook.
Remember also:
In a criminal trial a jury decides your fate. Just 1 out of 12 isn't blind and they cannot convict.

They dress to elicit attention. That means attention from poor and/or slobby dudes and rich and/or slick dudes. They can't get one without the other. Never. Gonna. Happen.
It's not about the bullshit line of "comfort". If it were, they'd never wear the mini dress or leggings again after being made "uncomfortable" by one who they decided that they didn't want looking.

Don’t get me wrong, I use a dashcam full time. It is even recording while I am in the gas station pooping or the car is parked in the garage (with a battery maintainer).
The catch to using dashcam video for legal protection is that you better have a whole chitload of labeled and indexed SD cards because you likely won’t even know you need the video for weeks or months after you record it. Bringing the SD card in every night and archiving to hard drive would be a pita adding a half hour or more to your workday.
If you needed to today could you easily produce video recorded at 11:27 on the 2nd of last month complete with geotag? Or two months ago? How about a year ago? If someone sics a lawyer or a cop on you they are exceedingly slow to get the courts moving.
They can delay up to 7 years and still come after you for a misdemeanor, longer for capital crimes. I don’t know anyone that archives 7 years worth of video.
On top of that is the issue for "chain of evidence". Video date/time/geotag is trivial to edit or spoof, which an attorney can easily use to make it inadmissible in court.
This is why I really want a dashcam that streams (ghosts the SD card) directly to an external worm drive (that cannot be edited) in near real time. BluRay disk (BD-R NOT E ) could work for that.
A write once 128gb SD card is about $300. That would hold about 16 hours of HD video for one camera lens, 8 hours for a dual cam. I can’t afford three of those every day.
Ask an attorney what could be admissible evidence for a rape or murder defense. As I have never even played an attorney on TV I can’t offer a real opinion.

What happens if a woman uses their account for a male rider? Better be a cancel pickup option if they don't hop in and refuse to get out. That's getting annoying to me as I keep picking them up different ages. One had a mental or drug issue hitting my roof and asking me what I was going to do about it. At the end of the ride he chilled out and wanted a fist bump

We have this driver in the Philly area. There is a propeller on the back of the car, and a sticker in the window saying something about driving like a girl. Turns out this driver is a full blown Transgender individual.
As much as I disagree with the whole ****** cult, I have to give credit where credit is due. That driver looks more like a woman than most of the "Original Equipment" female drivers in the Philly area. This driver dresses classy, speaks politely, and always seems happy and upbeat. The only way you can tell you're not dealing with a real woman, is that the driver actually drives good.
I would rather ride with a blind Asian driver, than subject myself to riding with some of these beasts from Philly, who are as scary as they are female.
If someone riding with Uber wants a Female driver, good luck wit dat!
