My car is very clean, my native tongue is English and I do not smoke!

I have seen women drivers at the airport smoking and looking scarier than me.

My vote is no, as I cannot choose to only select male passengers, I get tired of some women getting in my car and barely even greet me like scared to open their mouths, also occasionally have women that will purposely walk around my car and get in behind me, which I do not allow I do not allow solo passengers to sit behind me unless the pickup location actually required them to get in behind me which is a rarity.

I would like to have only clients that are generous. I don't care about how much they talk, color of skin, gender (including those who identify as whatever they like to identify as) or music preferences. Just have common sense, rate me 5 stars and tip me because I drove you safe, kept my car clean and helped you with your heavy luggage. Should pax expectations be more than that? Of course, I would also be happy to drive unicorns 'cause they are sooo cool. They never smoke and fart rainbows.

3. Shontel accepts.
4. Martha thinks "oh nice, another female driver, I won't have to ride in fear of getting raped".
5. Shontel is still sound asleep at 4:20am the next day.
6. Algorithm offers the scheduled trip to 9 different drivers in the span of 10 minutes and Montel accepts and shows up on Martha's driveway at 4:47am.

It is illegal to take passengers for hire without the required laws being followed concerning a taxi, like having the much more expensive commercial insurance.

If you get into an accident with a 'off the meter' trip, there is NO insurance coverage and you'll be sued by all parties, your driving privileges revoked until you paid everyone off. Driving is not a right, only a privilege, so bankruptcy won't help. Uber carries the commercial insurance while to the pickup location and on the trip only.

It's amazing that even the very best friends and even loved ones, turn on each other over money, so don't count on that saving your hide. Once a lawyer talks to them it's all over.

If there are no other Uber drivers around, if you very close to the customer when they order, you'll get the ping.

Tell your customer to use the rating system and / or upgrade to an better Uber service than X.

Every driver should do a piss test when they sign up. They can check for Y chromosome.

And I forgot about the trans issue, so how about requesting Y chromosome free drivers?

Personally I feel the Y chromosome is a greater indicator of danger than gender identity. Violence is practically hard coded into it.
