Woke up like it was 6am but NO it was 6pm :(

I was parked by echo park enjoying the view of the lake fountain with downtown in the background. There was no surge on the driver app in my area at all. I said screw it and logged on to catch a ride to hollywood and the rides coming in had surge attached. It was actually the opposite tonight. The surge areas were dead or the rides had no surge. The clear areas sometimes had surge.
