When reading other threads on the waiting time changing to 7 mins and 10 mins(Premier and Comfort) it came to my attention that DiDi is only 3 mins. If you travel 5 mins to pick someone up then have to wait 10 mins before they even get in the car you then have to complete the trip. A min fare trip will take between 20 -25 mins and you will then be lucky to complete 2 trips an hour as it is rare to get back to back trips.
Those DiDi driver may be able to tell us if the waiting time is only 3 mins. If it is you will be able to do 4 jobs compared to 2 making DiDi a better choice than Uber for a driver.
I might go trade my Tesla in for an MG4 and run both platforms soon with a preference for DiDi.
I am seriously think about this as I have notice my job numbers have dropped and this is due to the jobs on offer being to far away to justify chasing on Ubers platform now.
Reduce my expenses by getting a cheaper EV and Ill qualify for the rebate which I missed out on with my Tesla. Very tempting for me now. Might go for a Test drive tommorow.
