I have been doing the rental program thing for 2 weeks and I just don't have enough time or gas to meet the quota they give you to make the rental fee free (no longer the case).. So the new pay period started Monday and today (Tuesday) I just set an appointment to return my Impala on Friday. I have not been driving at all since 4 a.m Monday morning. Should I be driving till Friday? I tried asking support but no response yet. Am I going to get screwed for another $200 rental fee? Why am I not deactivated? I wish I could just call someone and talk to a human to get answers.. I'm stressing so much

I don’t have access to the fine print, but undoubtedly the answer is on there. Take a deep look at the agreement you signed.

With that being said, I’d be willing to wager that you will be charged right up until the moment the vehicle is turned in. Why wouldn’t they? It doesn’t matter if you’re driving or not. The asset is in your possession and I bet you will be charged accordingly. I know this may not be the opinion you want to hear, but it is what it is.

Yes you will be charged if you don't meet the ride requirements

If you turn it in mid week you'll be charged a prorated amount unless you do prorated rides.
