Do some drivers not follow protocol by knocking or ringing the doorbell when NOT asked to do so by the customer, especially on "leave at door" deliveries?
This pisses off so many people! Seems like more, and more deliveries have a note attached to NOT ring or knock.
Please stop thinking you are being "helpful" and just follow instructions as indicated in the TOS and/or the customer when applicable! 😡

DD puts those notes where there hard to find.

The notes you post do not come up. Until scroll two times to finish the delivery .
The notes are in a bad place on the app . The driver may never see them.

Yes the notes are available before ending the trip.
I never said you could not get them before the delivery .
I Said you have to scroll a few things to find the notes .
And it would be easier for DD to have the notes just pop up when you arrive .
