A friend of mine sent in a bunch of them but they said they didn't qualify so they screwed him.
Why the duck would he share any personal info for 30 ****ind dallars

Something like this that seems so innately shady they continue to use as a normal business practice.
Because they know most drivers are idiots

No, it's because they want to squash Lyft out of existence..
Matching bonuses and rates would just be a tiny piece of that..
If you ever tried to talk to lyft driver support I would say the idiots at lyft will squash themselves out if existence.
The choice for driver support is Ubers Vickram in bahgladesh who calls himself daniel.
Or lyfts down south inbreds who didn't qualify to work at Walmart with zero phone manners.
Or obnoxious 'I'm over qualified to answer phones 'juno.

I spoke with Lyft support just two days ago.. Although she did sound like she was down-south, she took care of my problem very quickly, the first time. It was a very efficient and pleasant experience. Total time from when i clicked the "call" button until I hung up with the problem resolved, 4 minutes or less..

I once tried contacting Lyft before they deactivated me after a cancellation fee I didn't receive. The guy picks up phone and I'm saying hello, hello. No answer.Then in the background someone says"Suresh, take care of this later after your call". Now the guy starts speaking and is like "Hi, my name is Jacob, how can I help you"? SMH, so I eventually get the fee but before I hang up, I say "thank you for your assistance, Suresh. You can use your real name on the phone. "
