They guaranteed $8/hr minus fees for off peak hours after the most recent rate cuts in my market.

What are the minimum car requirements in there? Must be something like 1980 or newer, have all doors still attached to vehicle and no more than two flat time at any given time.
That's the only way i can imagine people afford to drive in there.
Also, if it is a dangerous city, then fares should be higher to factor in the risks? Right?!

I have! We have green trees and grass and lots and lots of WATER!
American idiots are running away from the area, and people from around the world are moving in, enjoying the cheap real estate (especially in the 'burbs, but in quite a few city neighborhoods as well). When Phoenix has dust coming out of the taps, with a little bit of treatment, we will still be able to enjoy a refreshing glass of fresh H2O.
