Had a passenger or paxhole that opened the window after I picked her up. Is it normal for a passenger to open the window while the car is in motion when its -20 o C outside. I didn't appreciate the cold draft hitting my head without a hat and the annoying wind noise created when the window was opened. Is this NORMAL behavior? Please advise.

I lock the windows because I've had stupid pax open them and throw crap out. I even had one moron yell "pigs!" At a police cruiser.
I will open their windows or unlock them if they request.
As a habit they stay locked though.
