Why are you working for a company that does not pay you minimum wage?

What are you hoping to achieve? If your outgoings are greater than what you earn then you either need to change job or try and claim some benefits.
There seems to be certain drivers that actually think they should get paid just for sitting in the car watching videos on their phones, it's not going to happen and if it does it will mean we're employees and have to do as we are told regarding working certain hours and who we pick up.
Why would anyone want that? Self employed is always best.

Are you still driving for uber?this is for Driver's forum, There are many reasons for doing a flexible job. Family maintenance is inevitable for some drivers. Drop off and pick up kids at school.
Another reason we should not leave anyone cheating us.
What happened to uber in Singapore? No more Uber service there .
If they can't treat laborers honestly we must fight to send them out from London.

Sounds like you need to become the breadwinner at home before changing the world. School runs are not a reason to be an Uber driver

I hear this quite a lot from drivers, who think they need freedom. But my question is, what did you do, when there was no Uber? How did you maintain family etc? How did you work?

You won't have much freedom if Uber disappear from London!!

Uber might be a criminal company, but then so are a lot of Uber drivers!

Some of the Uber changes to the app were a direct result of driver criminality!!

exactly, plenty of families both work full time and Make arrangements for the kids.

I don’t see flexibility as an excuse not to earn more in a role with progression and longevity because they have kids.

I did the knowledge whilst working full time wasn’t ideal by any means but discipline and a will to succeed is needed
