Maybe if cars didn't have radios or cellphones allowed in the car... just put them in trunk.

Its a thing to be "switchin lanes"
The goal is to be high as a kite, rap bumpin, and to switch lanes in between cars as fast as possible
These are the losers that get right up behind you and slice your lane coming within 3 feet of you when they had 5 open lanes

You just drive a lot so you see a lot. California is way down the list. Try driving in Florida, it's the worst.

Accident lawyers, chiropractors, bodyshops, towtruck co need to make money too..
Imagine if there r no accidents they will become Uber drivers too.
