Still the same....I took my first Fri night off in 2 years last night due to bad weather so just couldn't be bothered going out in it.
Heaps of cars on the riders app when I checked....seems to be more and more every week although I do try to avoid looking at the riders app as it makes me just about wanna give up before I even start.

Pretty much. If anyone thought that drivers would simply stop driving now that they're able to get a "Charter Vehicle" licence but haven't yet, they'd have been sadly mistaken.

I take it back, tonight (Saturday) was surprisingly busy despite the bad weather, with some good surges. I doubt this will continue through the week though.

Last night was the busiest I have experienced - only been driving since Feb. No breaks between jobs from 6pm til midnight. Made $360 in 8 hrs although I have XL. Surges almost all night although I always seem to be unlucky with them!

It's nice your wife supports you to make these decisions.
Maybe when dot run some of the cowboy's outta town it might be more viable.
Otherwise hope you find something more suitable.
The unsociable hours are another consideration.

Saturday wasn't bad, in spite of the weather and the Uber app doing weird things, this morning (Sunday) was a blinder in just 3hrs 23mins - 150kms, 8 trips, $134.74

$480 from 11 hours last night and thats with getting unlucky at 6-730 no surges. Although 1 good ride on surge to ellenbrook at 330am $100

Nice you got paid well but do pity the rider... Did they realise what it was costing.... Or did you hitail outta there. If uber upped the rates and dropped the surge... Do u think that would be better... Definitely fairer IMO.

I concur. Great Saturday. $400.00 after commission for 9 hours online. Good result.

Nice you got paid well but do pity the rider... Did they realise what it was costing.... Or did you hitail outta there. If uber upped the rates and dropped the surge... Do u think that would be better... Definitely fairer IMO.

They won't ever increase the rates, so surge will be the only highlight of our otherwise miserable existence as Uber partners.
