I may be late but geez...it just might be a wrap for me. This whole time I been thinking the PT changed colors to yellow/orange and there was something wrong with my app. Then I called support and the bastards told me it means “high demand area”
What a crock of bs, a complete smack across the face. Then the support agent had the unmitigated gal to tell me they cut PT cause too many drivers were complaining about it. Who? When?? PT was one of the last things we were holding onto.

For some reason I still have PT. They must be removing it manually from each individual driver. No doubt I'll lose it soon.

You they had a good laugh about your call. Seems drivers are the big joke now.

Btw, I often won't get rides until I enter the phony " only Lyft gets paid" PT zones.

It's like enter the demand zone or starve.
