Highest I saw was 11 NEAR the stadium and I was watching pretty closely. I'd guess like 9? Took a while to get there too. Stadium is a joke to work. I almost got a ticket picking up an uber pool with 5 min left in the 4th. It was from phl and $7. I was very close to not taking it, but I was so close. A joke.

And again, it's not about "figuring it out and working the system" (not that I don't appreciate the help understanding), it's about uber falsely representing yet another aspect.

I have no idea how they are unable to tell me how long a ride must be for surge to be adjusted. Apparently an hour and 7 minutes isn't long enough.
