The $15 minimum ride incentive got me to turn out for TPC (during incentive hours only). I had 6 trips that should qualify but never got paid. I'm out over $38.

I sent all the trip details to the support people and they couldn't understand and referred to an "expert." It's been over a week and I haven't heard back.

Sound familiar?

Maybe it's time to call the local news station and see who wants to take a shot at Uber.

Follow-up: I finally was paid a few weeks after this post. Guess enough drivers complained to make them re-examine their query for doling out the incentive.

Now about UberEATS and this 50/50 split...
