Where to find ID holder for car seat to display license?

I know the livery car and black car services place ID holders on the passenger seat that display the vehicle base card and TLC license. Where can I find one of these online or in store?

Steal another drivers id holder.

Request car. Bring luggage with you. When he gets out to help with the luggag run in the car and take his. Leave his license behind. He will have no idea.
Cheaper and and fast. You'll have one by tonight. Instead of waiting for shipping.

Ive looked all over ebay and amazon and the internet. Havent found any. Any key words??
Is this a requirement? I dont remember FHV vehicles having to display their license like a yellow does, is this new?

It's in the FHV rules, chapter 54 I think. You definitely have to have it out for display at the airports, Port Authority tickets those who don't.

Here is the law and I do not see it applying to a black car doing Uber, this specifically says "if the vehicle is a Street Hail Livery" which is the green cabs.

The Taxicab Driver's License in the appropriate frame (or, as applicable, the For-Hire Driver's License or Paratransit License if the vehicle is a Street Hail Livery being operated by a For-Hire Driver or Paratransit Driver).

EDIT: this is not correct when I realized it was actually Chapter 55 that had the rules I posted below.
That's a relief. I can't find these holders for my life.

Actually I am questioning the accuracy of what I just said. Check FHV rules which is Chapter 55 Section 23 and it does explain what they want.

Hey slowmo, careful putting those frames you are looking for anywhere near or in front of an airbag. Get a vent magnet for phones on eBay or amazon and stick the metal part on the back of your license.

why not just ask a driver who you see with one. NYC has an Uber/Lyft driver on every square block of Manhattan. Check online. But I don't think it needs to be perfect. Just easily displayed, find some removable adhesives at CVS/Walgreens/Duane reade

Thats actually a great point, anything stuck to that area becomes a projectile when the airbag goes off.

How about something like this and just figure out a way to keep it attached to the center of the dash? You can get some tape that is for delicate surfaces if youre worried about damage to the interior.

Chapter 54. Section 102.3. Section 2.3. Paragraph 12. The rule states that license must be displayed in an appropriate case. A description of the case can be found in the TLC owners manual. Chapter 12. Section 8.2. Sub section 1.4. It states that if you do not have the appropriate case, you may use an appropriate substitute case until your next scheduled inspection. The definition of a substitute case has not be defined. Since there is no official description of a substitute case I recommend fastening your license with duct tape, black would be your best choice of color. If you drive a green cab, mint green tape would also be appropriate. Be careful that the tape does not cover any lettering on your license. If anyone gets a summons for not having an appropriately displayed license, I will be willing to make myself available as an expert witness in a TLC hearing.
For a nominal fee of $375.00.

Chapter 54 is not for FHV vehicles, its for SHL and Yellows, Chapter 55 is for FHV and has a similar rule but looser.
You need to go to yellow cab metershop or sign installers, in long island city or in city, there is one on 1st ave between 2nd St and 3rd St on left side (taxi parts), another one is W 47 st between 11th and 10th.
Just put it anywhere visible, it's not that serious. Here's where I put mine, right above my tablet mount
