I'm a little off today, what is AR and CR?
AR Acceptance Rate (Ratio of trips accepted against trips made available to you) Example, You get 4 pings but only accept 3 = 75% AR
CR Cancellation Rate (Ratio of trips cancelled against trips accepted) Example, You accepted 3 but cancelled 1 = 33.3% CR (Tales goes you can get deactivated if your CR is high continuously).

Acceptance rate don't mean squat, they can't deactivate you for that. Cancellation rate, that's a different story, you are good till you get somewhere over 15% then you'll get a warning. Keep doing it and they will deactivate.

Stop spreading lies
You can have 90% cancellation rate and they won't do a thing. Back when you can see destinations before starting the ride, I was cherrypicking through 50 rides just to get the one I wanted. I have only got a warning from airport and still driving.

Were you accepting them and then cancelling the ride? If that's the case, I am just passing on the "LIES" that many others have posted here. My personal experience is that I hit 20% one week (and the actual number might vary based on region and how many drivers they have) and I was warned I would be deactivated if I continued to have a high cancellation rate. Not accepting rides is a totally different situation. So lets be nice and not accuse people of lying, ty.

Yes, I accepted them, checked destination and cancelled if I didn't like it. My cancellation rate was probably in the 80-90%. Not a thing except a warning from the airport.

And how long ago was this? Must have been a few years ago if you were seeing destinations. I'm going to go out on a limb and say I think things have changed since then. Why don't you try cancelling 90% for a couple of weeks and let us know how it goes.

Here in Tampa some drivers are being allowed to use the Uber Pro Program. The only thing that is actually useful is the estimated trip time and direction on the trip request. Its nice and all but trying to keep the acceptance rating above 85% is next to impossible. Actually being able to see a loser minimum trip 10 minutes away makes it really hard to accept them which unfortunately is pretty much required to keep the AR up high enough to keep the benefit. Kind of like the poor guy trapped at sea in his lifeboat dieing of thurst surrounded by water.

Anyway to the OP the AR and CR are finally back up on the app. Same thing happened last week and was widespread for 10 hours or so.
