I drove 12 minutes at 2.0x surge to pickup location. 5 minutes later, no show. I have to cancel. The problem is the count down never started. The location sucks. I couldn’t get “close enough”.

Anyway, not only did I not get paid for cancellation and long pick up fee, now that the cancellation disappeared on the trip history. I couldn’t find it?!?!?

Where can you find these missing trips so I can ask for cancellation fee?

Call Uber support. I've had that happen before and they were able to locate the trip.

Turn off uber background .and restarting..the last trip shows 0.00 which is what you looking for. But it should be only works for last trip
