Okay I'm new to driving in the city. I know we drop off pax in the commercial lane, but where do pick up arriving pax?
Where do drivers pick up passengers at the airport.

You pick them up right at the main terminal arrivals doors before the baggage claim doors--either before or after the crossing hump in the road. It's a cluster rodeo there, so I always text request clothes color and number in party. Also, if you are X as opposed to XL, there are cheap-o groups who try to get an XL for X rate and will cancel repeatedly if they see regular 4-door versus van show up in the rider app. And, I've had groups of 5 try to fit in my car with impossible quantity of luggage, because they don't want to request/pay for the XL rate.
