I hope the State Department puts an 800 number on there and we get these scab drivers out of here and it will open up more rides for us -- these scabs from other countries are stealing our rides and they drive for sometimes 20-30 hours at a time, and they allow Uber to rip us off and lower the rates -- even when they lower the rates historically the foreign drivers keep driving for nickels -- it's time to get these expired Visas and Illegals OUT and bring back our higher rates!

I was one of the first drivers in Gville when it was $1.60 mile, and grossed $800 if I drove 6 days -- I have a degree and so does everyone in Gville, degrees don't mean much of anything! The foreign illegals started popping up and flooding the streets and enabled Uber to keep lowering the rates -- The foreign scabs are breaking Federal Law by committing a Federal Felony crime of entering the USA Illegally, and stealing our JOBS -- Since we don't have a driver's union here in FL, the State Department is enforcing the law (which is the next best thing) and Illegal Criminals who broke Federal Law will be Deported, and this will free up more spots for drivers to make money!

State Dept. do not legislate or enforce federal laws. Many legal residents and citizens are not knowledgeable about the law or enforcement. It's Uber to blame if Uber trying to endorse the low rate set up by the Illegals.

I am a union member of IBEW and you can't belong to a drivers union because you are a partner or co-owner of Uber and not an employee of Uber and Florida is a Right To Work State so unfortunately unions have no power in Florida.
