Is there any reason to swipe start delivery or completed delivery early or late in the process? Does it make sense to swipe “start” when you arrive at restaurant or once you get the food?

I swipe start once Im in the car ready to drive. Not before because if the person is watching the app it looks better if you get rolling as soon as you start. I hit complete after delivering the food. This is important because you might show up and the customer isn't there to receive the order. You need to go through the procedure before closing it out.
