Is there any reason to swipe start delivery or completed delivery early or late in the process? Does it make sense to swipe “start” when you arrive at restaurant or once you get the food?
I usually swipe right once I start to move and complete trip once they buzz me in so I can see the drop off of my next delivery. I've encountered some restaurants that make you start the trip before giving you the food. I asked why and they told me to prevent drivers from taking the food for themselves
They would be better having you sign for the order that you recieved it , but having you start a trip on your app isn't any of thier bussines unless you are now on the clock for them and they are going to pay you themselves. I also start the trip as soon as all is ready to go.
