I'm currently on the hourly gurantee and I'm trying to figure out how they figure out the 60 mins, is it best to log in on the hour, or if you logged on at a quarter past could your hour run to quartet past the next hour?

Up until now I had been logging in at the top of the hour, and of course (with the *random* allocation of trips) I get pushed out of the reward zone and have been forced to concede some hours because I was not able to get back to the RZ in a timely manner.

If the hour starts at any point that needn't be a concern.

The reason I'm not e-mailing support is I gave that idea up ages ago. Hard to get an answer on even the most elementary question.

it's all bullshit if you're online in that pay block for 5 hrs 30 mins they will pay you 5.5x30$ or whatever your rate is. doesn't matter if you're online for the whole hour or 30 mins of said hour.
