When NOT living in CORE!

Ok everyone. I don't live in core so that's strike one for me driving to LA from LBC! Secondly, I do have this question, for those who DON'T live in core, do you drive and stay all day, wait for a ride to take you there, or support your home city.

I'm torn between LA and OC! I love my LBC peeps but Driving 30 mins in either direction on maybe's is starting to get redundant. The traffic out of LB to LA is Earth shattering.

I'm from West Hills (close to Ventura County). Whatever I'll try to do - in a few rides from start my fellow neighbors bring me to the LA core. Not oftenly than once in a two month I'm getting rides from core to close by to my home. DF takes me up to three hours of shitty rides to get close. Thus mostly I do deadmiles at least 25 ml to get home.
Living far away from core is a big disadvantage.

If you want to work LA you need to get a lax ride north before 530 am to beat the traffic during the week. It's been tough to get a decent surge out of there in the morning since Lyft decided to never primetime the whole city. Even last night Lyft didn't primetime at all in Long Beach. But you can get 1.3-2.2 rides early going to lax.
No matter how hard I try to avoid it I always I mean always end up in that god forsaken weho!

You lazy bastard, how far is it, 15 minutes? Not even that, drive over to Redondo, set your df to LAX, drop off there and then find your favorite neighborhood (I'm thinking Culver City!)

I used to deadmile or DF ***to*** LBC from OC, made a killing there last year and until a couple weeks after St. Patty's this year

....then they broke it, not having two apps to play with and cherrypick is not worth it now
