Is anyone getting better promotions from Lyft lately? The ones here in SLC have been pretty weak. Here's the latest.
How can you do 31 rides and not make $195? The minimum in SLC is $4. And while shorter rides are common, it's also very common to get longer rides on the weekend since people are heading back and forth from Downtown. There's quite a few concerts and events this weekend so there will be many pax needing to make longer trips. Frankly, the likelihood of getting <$195 with 31 rides, even if you tried is going to be very low.
I'd really be interested in seeing the statistics of all the drivers that get 31 rides or more, then seeing which ones Lyft kicked in the extra $$ for to get them to $195. If I had to throw a number out, I'd bet it would be somewhere in the single digit percentage. 5% or so. You'd have to give only short rides, then stop as soon as you got to 31
