What qualified to be permanently deactivated vs just deactivated? Is it like death sentence to be forbid to use their rider app or/and driver app? Does seeking reactivation constitute as threaten to take legal action agaist Lyft?

Good question! I can't figure out that one either. I was there to do the charity work, except they stole one of airport trip and the tip(s) that Tom said he was going to leave or tip it on the app. Are they trying to steal my rights to use the app now? I'm willing to pay to use the app and be accorded higher status than servant grade job.
