They'll report you for drunk or unsafe driving – Luber and Shyft side with them immediately, apologize for the inconvenience, and refund their ride cost plus a free ride or two to make up for it.

They turn around and remind you they are Big Daddy and how dare you put their sugar baby in such a dangerous situation - they'll be watching you .
And not much you can do... They'll play the "we can't tell you what you did wrong or which ride it was on "for passenger confidentiality" and there's 10,000,000 other ants out there willing to drive their 2023 Nissan Altima SV with a 15.89% APR into the ground for $0.30/mile who'll get burned the same way you did when Little Miss Cheapskates wants another free ride.

I would actually write them back and tell them they should be investigating the person that made the report. Also tell them to unmatch you w the rider

You need to throw in your response to Uber: that you are willing to go to any Lab, police station, or hospital of their choice to get a blood test and breathalyzer done to prove your innocence…

They will never respond to your request of course, but at least you are covering your own ass to some degree wherein you made the offer but Uber refused.

You can tell which passenger tried to F you by looking to see which one was refunded their fare…

Are you saying you believe what support says on the phone?
I have had one pax try to sneak an open container in to my car four times. Each time support said they would unpair me and take appropriate action.
I suspect their idea of appropriate action was giving the pax a ride credit.
Despite support telling me the pax was unpaired the next week he was back with the same tricks.
Just because support says something does not mean they will do something. They are highly biased toward pax.

Did you get your account back? If so how long did it take? I got a passenger accused me of this tonight. I called support and they even responded so I know which passenger it was. Weirdly enough, she tipped me. I'm pretty much freaking out cuz the NCAA tournament is here tomorrow and it is a lot of money I'm going to lose now over a false accusation. I want to press charges

You are probably right for most cases but I had a report of unsafe driving for using my phone or something and I complained that is was bullshit and a ghetto rat wanting a free ride and they finally came back with an apology and said they were looking into the pax as a scammer. Maybe I just “persuaded“ the CS person with my strong language. I didn’t accept any cut and paste response.
