Curiosity usually gets the best of me. I want to know what's so bad about the PAX. My imagination starts to run wild. I'm expecting to see a monster or like on the other thread where the PAX is a "B". I'm usually disappointed except for the occasional PAX that's not ready to go when i get there.

Ditto. For someone to be under a 4 and be at an odd decimal point unlike a 3.5, means this guy is a real asshole. He has done enough rides to really screw him. 1.3x? That is a pimple of a surge. I would be skipping that in about 5 seconds. My fingers would be working so fast to get that out of there. Then I would check the rider app to see what moron near me took him.

The combination of considering himself to be royal and his rating would definitely be a no-no. He is likely to royally f**k you up.
