Not all of them.
At the time Coolio was not happy with Amish Paradise.

Also Prince was not a fan of Wierd Al and refused to give permission many times.

I would agree.
To his credit he always tries to get approval from the artist even though he does not need it because satire and parody are protected by the 1st amendment.
I have seen him in concert half a dozen times and it is just a really fun show.
