How long has the background process been taking. It's a little frustrating when you have a clean background and it's been 27 days and no word on the background check. I'm over it!!!
From my experience, uber throws in a gauntlet of drivers. Once most stop driving they'll throw in a new batch. At this point they got it covered, Tampa bay needs about 1,000 drivers, seems like they've got 2,500 at the moment, give it 2 more weeks then they'll let you lose money driving too.Driving this car into the ground is my ultimate mission in life. Leave me to my insanity! Thanks...
Over it why do you want to drive for Uber if you think waiting for the background check is frustrating wait to you make 65 cent per Miles and people live in death out of your car then you truly will be over it figure it out drive 10 miles times $.65 per mile just made $6.50 -25% for HuberHow long has the background process been taking. Minus gas, dead head miles, new driving habits to your car. Not to mention that 36 bucks in 90 minutes can easily turn into 44 bucks in 5 hours.Newbie here! Signed up on Sunday, Approved on Tuesday, diving on Tuesday night. $36 not bad for 90 minutes worth of driving while working for my other job too.
I'm being selective since this is only for vacation / beer money. No dead head miles since I was working extra field jobs for my normal 7a to 5p job. I get a break on fleet fuel so that's covered as well. I'm only driving when it will make sense for me and maximize profit. I don't need to drive 5 days a week...yet....but just a few evenings and maybe one or two Saturdays a month.Minus gas, dead head miles, new driving habits to your car.
