I haven't started driving yet. I can't since it think I am in another town at another state and deny me to go online however I was playing with apps and when I enter the setting, all I see was blank screen or page.

Reason I was going into settings becasue I was looking for accessibility setting since I am Deaf. Also if I enter into WayBill, I get a network error message. None of the search on the net came up with possible solutions.

I already reinstalled / log off & on / reset my iPhone network / restarted iPhone etc etc etc but still same thing

Every time I sent an email to support, I kept getting canned responses :/
