No they didn't. Taxi and car service drivers have always been easy tickets for the police. Cops have always harassed people who drive for a living. We are the low man on the totem poll. Just wait till you are driving TLC in the city. The best thing you have going for you is that you will be in an unmarked minivan that doesn't look like car service. If you come to their attention they will use you as a source of revenue and a way to help them meet their quota.
