How to have surge when everywhere u turn,u see a PH car? Even outnumber taxis now
You got a point there. With the std trade marks, can easily identified which pte. plate car are PH. In addition, the surge is like so short, with a blimp of an eye, its gone already. That's what happen, this morning for whole island surge.

Nyc used to surge all the time at predictable hours. It used to surge more during the day than not surge. They almost double their fleet in 2016. Recently they forced under performing black and suv drivers to accept uber x. Ubers prime directive is to kill the surge and reduce your hourly. If your hourly is reduced the cheap pax are happy and happy pax add to their subscriber count which pleases the investor. Its all about the member count not topline and bottom for uber. Enjoy slavery in singapore. We do in nyc. Uber love you long time.

How to have surge when everywhere u turn,u see a PH car? Even outnumber taxis now
Talking about taxis, I was driving along KPE exiting towards Punggol on second lane, this afternoon, a taxi was in front of me, sensing that the TD was not a experience dvr, I shift to outer left lane to keep out of the TD way.
Suddenly the TD, just cut into my lane, and force me to go into the filter lane, and the next thing, he cut again and go into filter lane to go to Hougang.

Is it nowadays, TDs also a lot of inexperience new dvrs?
If I have car cam onboard, I could have shared the Video. Damn scary, lucky not much traffic, and I was so shock that I have not noticed The Comfort blue cab plate no.

Btw, how do you become a Moderator in this forumn, any close link to Uber? If yes, I hope he can bring the messages to Uber to help us more as Uber 'Partners'.

Better incentives, more $$, less trip to hit. Better manage riders expectation.
It seems like you didnt believe my message above. They dont care about helping you. They ONLY care about increasing ridecount. While that remains their objective it directly conflicts with your own. By the way in nyc uber boost is partially responsible for killing the organic surge. When boost turns on drivers flock to the boosted location. That never means more money for you. It means less rides and less money per driver
