Welcome new member! If you only received 1 ping and you cancelled it you would have a 100% cancellation rate. Click on the words and a screen will pop up showing how they arrived at that number. I would like to see that screen as well.

Not everyone has that feature, OP doesn't. If you don't see a '>' after the numbers, you don't have it.
Perhaps not on the most current release.

That sounds about right. Uber can't even keep their software current between drivers? Do you know if that's due to the various Android applications? I assume all the iPhones would be the same (again,,,,,assume).

Uber can't even accomplish having the same features and look and feel between iPhone and Android. For truly the only asset they have to work on at this "technology company", they have some pretty sh!tty developers and design clowns on board.

Yeah I don't get it. Pokemon go is the same on my iPad and android phone. Uber looks completely different.
