how much % do you pay each of your drivers?

I pay 50/50 and driver pays gas. Driver keeps 100% of tips. So if drivers "net" after Ubers cut was $300, real net to him would be $150 less gas used for the shift.

Yes we pay insurance. And yes, driver can take vehicle home but must drop it back the night before the next shift (if they have finished) Rules are it must be clean and must be full of gas. Drivers pay for the gas they use. To be clarify, we have drivers who might do 2 days in a row (Mon/Tues). They can grab the car Sun night, use it and keep it until Tues pm.
