Hmmm...why exactly?

Not using Lyft much...I think Lyft has personalized rider comments (I think?) whereas Uber does not, just feedback with vague badges, I think?

A Lyft rider could leave a "You're awesome! Superb driving" comment whereas an Uber pax can only choose from various vague Uber badges for feedback? I like the personalized messages of Lyft, positive or negative..

Uber allows personalized messages from pax. You must have some by now

its nice to get friendly comments and real feedback on both apps but lyft pax seem a little special

what people complain about on Lyft is hilarious and mostly out of my control
Lyft line routing "driver was great but took me 30 minutes out of the way" 4 stars or less
"I had to cross the street" 4 stars or less
"i was late for my interview" lyft line 4 stars or less
"car was too hot/cold" 4 stars or less WTF just ask me to adjust!?!
"Radio station needs to be more vanilla" not mine but a friend got this one , not sure what that means?

these are just a few
don't get me wrong, constructive criticism is fine but rate the driver not the crappy APP and badges and comments don't pay the bills

i split my driving about 70-30, uber over lyft depending on incentives and i have above average ratings on both so these things are not a point of worry ,just more psychology the apps use that i don't worry about

What...you made somebody late to an interview? Now the poor soul has to Uber to make a living.
