Lol. YouTube already have how to make mask from paper towels. Or maybe we will be lucky and get rejected masks that were returned to China or rumored masks with Coronavirus on them."Uber says it is sourcing its masks outside the traditional health care supply chain" ... ohh God :roflmao: … maybe the tech co will send just a link so we can print them at home? LOL
Those masks are worthless when you factor the size of the virus compared to what the homemade masks can catch. With some fabrics is like not having anything at all but to some people it makes them feel better even tho they truly have no protection whatsoever.Lol. If you're going to DIY them, 100% cotton batik is best. Those masks are worthless when you factor the size of the virus compared to what the homemade masks can catch. If anybody is able to make masks, Etsy has been asking for them. May be a good income source. Here's an email from 4/3:If you're going to DIY them, 100% cotton batik is best.

To the Etsy seller community:
As Etsy sellers, you know how important it is to adjust quickly to changing buyer needs. Right now, Etsy has become a destination for fabric face masks, which is leading to skyrocketing demand. While we don't know how long this spike will last, we know that we're on-track to exhaust available inventory.
That's where you come in. This is a moment for the Etsy seller community to come together, meet this unprecedented need, and help those around them. If you have the skill and materials, you can help-start making masks today.
Resources to help you get started:
• Tips for Selling Handmade Masks and Face Covers on Etsy
• There are many patterns available. Here's an example.
Important things to keep in mind:
• Set realistic expectations: It's critical that you meet your shipping estimates. Customers are counting on you to deliver these items on time.
• Ready to ship matters: It's hard to predict when a sale will happen, but try to have some inventory on hand so that you can ship the same day.
• Don't make medical claims: If a listing makes any medical claims, such as promising protection against the coronavirus, it will be taken down.
It's at a moment like this when we experience the true meaning of community: coming together as one to support those who need us. This is when being a community of makers makes all the difference.
We're all in this together,
