Is 62000 minivans to be delivered within a certain amount of years... is not like coming Monday they will receive all of the sudden 62000 minivans.
They do it this way because they sign a contract compromising they will purchase that many and base on that they get a fair price. We don’t know the details but who knows, it can easily be within a 5 year span or 10 years or 15 years or more.
