Well, seems like you are one of the drivers that do this sort of things, that is the only logic explanation of why would you be warning drivers that should be getting a well deserved ticket, because one of this individuals may really screw other driver just trying to save a couple of minutes. Just think if you are in line waiting and someone else cut in front of you and hit your car, while the car is in the shop and the Insurance pay (considering that both had the proper insurance required for this job) you would not be able to work or would have to pay to rent a car, this could have serious consequences in someone's budget, specially a full timer. So instead of warn this drivers, let them get the tickets, maybe that would prevent something worst.
