Got played on 3 trips from over the weekend. Never appeared in the app. Had to contact support to get paid. Oh Yea and they are aware of the issue.

I’ve had this happen to me several times.. Each time, even though the trips didnt show in the app, they DID show when i looked online/via the web interface.. and i did get paid for all of them.
So it’s not that they arent paying you, it’s just a case of the app not seeing it - at least for me.

Well Inmy case it did not show up in the trip history nor on the payment transactions.

that happened 2 weeks ago when they were supposedly updating their system. called right after my trip to verify it was logged.

Why do you say that? I consider myself a careful driver. I'm never speeding unless I'm in my GTO. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy the ride. I'm in no rush.

It's there. It may not show on trip, but when you open balance it's there. Regardless that missing trips it's never happened to me. So, press balance for clear picture. Thanks

That happens alot to me too. Sometimes when someone tells me they will tip me in the app I won't be able to know if they are lying when that happens.
