what is up with uber not fixing this issue? 6 months ago i got waitlisted for a document and i had to jump through hoops to finally get in touch with support. they dont let you access help in the app but then closed their email support? wtf? now it happened today over photo verify that was not centered. smfh with this company.

anyone have an actual email address they respond to? thanks.

yeah i tried and sent a message but no reponse in 3 hours and no option to change your profile pic there in account, and of course the idiots block you out of the phone app. smh
